I'm a marine biologist and visual communicator

My background in science has become a big part of how I approach visual work, especially when working with scientific, environmental, and technical subjects. Over the years, I've built my practice around illustration, 3D, animation, and visual communication. I enjoy working on projects where understanding the subject is just as important as how it is presented. For me, it's about bringing those two sides together: a scientific way of thinking and a visual way of communicating.
